Some Common and Important Tips for New Players in Fortnite

Fortnite is a multiplayer online battle arena game that has taken the world by storm. It’s an action-packed multiplayer shooter with a lot of fun to be had in the form of both PvE (Player vs Environment) and PvP (Player vs Player) modes. Even if you don’t know how to play, you can still enjoy Fortnite.

Here are 7 tips and tricks that will help you get the most out of Fortnite!

1. Know Your Weapons

You start off with three weapons and you can pick up more as you progress through the game. The primary weapon is your gun which you use to kill enemies, the secondary weapon is your melee weapon which you use to kill enemies when they aren’t looking, and you have grenades for those times when you need to kill or escape from multiple enemies at once.

If you want to see what each weapon does, check out our video on what each weapon does before you decide on which one you prefer.

2. Get Used To Aiming At Enemies

One thing that many people struggle with when playing Fortnite is aiming. When you fire a shot, it takes time for the bullet to reach its target, so it doesn’t always hit where you aim. This means you may miss sometimes, but the good news is that you can learn how to aim better.

To do this, you should practice firing shots at targets that are at different distances from you. If you find that you consistently miss when shooting at long range, it might be because your crosshair isn’t big enough. Use the zoom tool to make the crosshair bigger and then shoot again – you might just see the enemy.

Alternatively, if you consistently miss when shooting at close range, it might be because you’re not lining up your shots properly. To fix this, you could try using a scope. A scope helps you line up your bullets more accurately and gives you a wider field of view.

The best way to master aiming in Fortnite is to play a few rounds of the game yourself, then watch some videos about it on YouTube. Once you get used to aiming, you’ll be able to take out any enemy in no time.

If anyone is playing black knight fortnite then for them winning in every single match is necessary as they always wanted to make more and more wins in short period of time. If this is true than they have to learn some sort of common tips and techniques which will help them. So for that they can read out all the given points very carefully

3. Learn How To Dodge

Dodging in Fortnite is another skill worth practicing. For example, if you’re running away from an enemy and he shoots you, you can dodge his bullets by moving quickly to the left or right. Alternatively, you can also move backwards or forwards to avoid being hit.

It’s important to remember that when you dodge, you’re leaving a gap in between you and the enemy. So you should keep moving until you’ve closed the gap. Another option is to run towards the wall and jump over it while keeping your character facing forward. This will prevent you from getting hit by bullets.

You can see all of these different dodging techniques in the video below.

4. Master Landing

When you land on ground, you’ll notice that your feet are stuck there. To free them, press Z, X or Square. These buttons allow you to crouch, stand up, walk normally, turn around and sprint. In addition, pressing B lets you open your inventory. You can also hold down B to get into your backpack.

If you’re having trouble landing, you could try crouching on top of a roof or building. You can also try jumping from a higher spot than usual. Finally, you could try holding down the button for a short amount of time to gain momentum and make sure you’re not going to fall off the edge of a cliff.

In the video below, you can see a couple of ways to land safely, including crouching on a roof, hopping from a high ledge, and jumping off a building.

5. Practice Melee Attacks

Once you get used to aiming at enemies, you’ll probably want to learn how to kill them. One great technique is to throw a grenade at an opponent. You can do this by holding L, R and clicking on the grenade icon.

Alternatively, you can also throw a knife directly at an enemy. You can do this by either selecting the knife on the ground or holding L, R and Z and clicking on the knife icon. Don’t worry if you’re not very good at throwing knives yet. As you continue playing, you’ll improve and become a deadly assassin.

Watch our video on how to throw a knife below.

6. Find Yourself In Trouble? Make A Plan

Sometimes, you might find yourself in a tricky situation and need to think on your feet. This usually happens when you’re trying to escape from an enemy or when you’re trying to survive for longer in a fight. To solve this problem, you should look for a safe place to hide.

For example, if you’re hiding behind a box, you can use this to shield yourself against gunfire. If you’re hiding inside a building, you can duck down and stay low to avoid taking damage from bullets. Whatever the case may be, the key is to plan ahead, learn to use cover effectively, and escape quickly when your situation becomes dangerous.

7. Pick Up Items From The Ground

You won’t find weapons lying around on the floor of buildings. Instead, you’ll find items such as ammo boxes, med packs, health kits, etc. The best way to collect these items is to look on the ground. You can easily tell which items are lying on the ground by their color.

This includes blue guns, yellow health kits, red ammo boxes, purple medkits, etc. If you find something interesting lying on the ground, click on it to grab it. You can also look for items on the ground by tapping E. You’ll see all of these items listed below.

If you want to get even better at finding things on the ground, you could try using the Scout mode. This will put you closer to the ground and give you a better chance of finding items on the ground.
