- At the same time that researchers in
the US, Canada, Europe, and Australia are studying the causes, diagnosis, and treatment of
the PAS, there are individuals who claim that PAS never occurs. Lacking a coherent
argument to support their position, and ignoring the growing body of PAS
studies and caselaw
, these discreditors resort to spreading distortions and half-truths about the PAS as well
as libelous and slanderous statements about Dr. Gardner. This document addresses itself to
the disinformation that has been promulgated and the personal attacks that continue to be
aimed at Dr. Gardner.
