To the left are articles and the text of bills that are designed to bring greater fairness to Family Law.

You can help by further your interest, and especially the interest of your children, by taking steps to further these efforts. Here are some steps to take:

  1. Read the legislation proposed in other states.
  2. Contact your representatives, and let them know that Family Law is in need of reform and that you would like them to propose similar legislation to that proposed in NY, CA, OH, GA and VT.
  3. You can easily contact your representatives.  Simply go to: http://ancpr.org/staterepresentatives.htm and enter your zip code.  This will give you links to your representatives.   We suggest you initially call them, and then follow up with letters.  In your letter, you can include print-outs of the proposed legislation you want them to sponsor or support.

Note: We get the government we deserve.  If you can't even make the minimal effort to make one phone call, how will we ever stop t he forces that are slowly but surely destroying the very fabic of our nation, THE FAMILY!

TAKE ACTION TODAY! You'll be amazed how good this will make you feel.
